"I grew up in a world where a woman who looks like me, with my kind of skin and my kind of hair, was never considered to be beautiful. I think that it is time that that stops today," Zozibini Tunzi said.
Women from 90 countries and territories flaunted their style, thoughtful minds, bodies and hearts in this year's pageant, but only ONE could walk away with the crown. Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi beat out 89 other women.
1st runner up is Puerto Rico- Madison Anderson, 2nd runner up is Mexico- Sofia Aragon.
